據世界天然氣網站5月20日消息 日本財務省公布的臨時數據顯示，4月份日本累計進口液化天然氣497萬噸，與2020年同期相比下降了4.3%。

　　即使與3月份相比日本的液化天然氣進口也出現下滑，3月份液化天然氣進口量為713萬噸。

　　液化天然氣進口額為20億美元，比2020年4月記錄的進口額增長3.2%，但與上月相比有所下降，當時公布的進口額為27.4億美元。

　　來自馬來西亞和印度尼西亞等亞洲來源的交貨量同比增長22.8%，達到122萬噸。與此同時，來自中東的液化天然氣進口量下降了22.3%，至51.4萬噸。

　　數據顯示，日本進口俄羅斯液化天然氣同比增長17.1%，至46萬噸。進口美國液化天然氣小幅增長12.2%，至39.2萬噸。

　　2021年4月，發電用煤進口下滑15.5%，至769萬噸。

　　Japanese LNG imports dip the second month in a row

　　Provisional data released by Japan’s Ministry of Finance shows that during the month of April Japan imported a total of 4.97 million tonnes of LNG. This is a 4.3 per cent drop when compared to the corresponding month in 2020.

　　Even compared to the month of March, LNG imports into Japan slipped. To remind, LNG imports in March reached 7.13 million tonnes.

　　The value of LNG imports reached $2 billion, 3.2 per cent up on the value recorded in April 2020. However, it was lower when compared to the previous month when the ministry reported a value of $2.74 billion.

　　Deliveries from Asian sources such as Malaysia and Indonesia jumped up 22.8 per cent year-on-year, reaching 1.22 million tons. At the same time, imports of LNG from the Middle Eastern sources slumped 22.3 per cent ton 514,000 tons.

　　Data shows that year-on-year Japan’s imports of Russian LNG jumped up 17.1 per cent to 460,000 tons while imports of U.S. LNG edged up 12.2 per cent to 392,000 tons.

　　imports of coal for power generation slipped 15.5 per cent to 7.69 million tons in April 2021.
