???? 據(jù)道瓊斯2月19日消息，意大利石油巨頭埃尼公司周四表示，公司已簽署協(xié)議，從可再生能源開(kāi)發(fā)商X-Elio能源公司手中收購(gòu)西班牙三個(gè)總發(fā)電能力為140兆瓦的光伏項(xiàng)目。

????埃尼公司表示將負(fù)責(zé)建設(shè)這三個(gè)光伏項(xiàng)目并實(shí)現(xiàn)電力商業(yè)化。這些項(xiàng)目位于西班牙南部，從今年下半年開(kāi)始，需按慣例獲得授權(quán)。

????Eni Acquires Three Photovoltaic Projects in Spain

????Eni SpA said Thursday that it has signed an agreement to acquire three photovoltaic projects in Spain with a total capacity of 140 megawatts, from renewable-energy developer X-Elio Energy SL.

????The Italian oil-and-gas major said it will be responsible for constructing the plants and commercializing the electricity. The transfer of the projects, located in southern Spain, is subject to customary authorization starting from the second half of the current year.

????Eni also said it is in talks for a larger strategic collaboration with X-Elio to grow its renewable projects in Spain by up to 1 gigawatt in the next five years.
