據(jù)阿拉伯新聞5月7日消息稱，阿曼主要石油投資公司OQ宣布，該國(guó)重要的能源開(kāi)采項(xiàng)目之一OQ液化石油氣廠成功投產(chǎn)。

　　該設(shè)施根據(jù)安全、質(zhì)量和技術(shù)完整性的最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在薩拉拉赫自由區(qū)建造，總投資為8.26億美元。貧氣廠的日產(chǎn)能為800萬(wàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立方米。

　　它由萃取廠、分餾設(shè)施、儲(chǔ)罐、運(yùn)輸設(shè)施和互聯(lián)管道系統(tǒng)組成。

　　一旦全面投產(chǎn)，該項(xiàng)目每年將生產(chǎn)約30.4萬(wàn)噸液化石油氣產(chǎn)品，其中包括15.5萬(wàn)噸丙烷(C3)、11.1萬(wàn)噸丁烷(C4)和3.8萬(wàn)噸凝析油(C5+)。

　　OQ下游業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展副總裁Sultan bin Ali Al Burtumani在紀(jì)念這一重要里程碑時(shí)說(shuō)：“OQ液化石油氣工廠通過(guò)實(shí)現(xiàn)天然氣資源的最佳利用來(lái)提取液化天然氣，為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)，這將有助于滿足佐法爾省和阿曼南部的液化石油氣需求。”

　　據(jù)他介紹，OQ液化石油氣工廠的年產(chǎn)量預(yù)計(jì)將達(dá)到30萬(wàn)噸。該工廠在創(chuàng)收、國(guó)內(nèi)價(jià)值(ICV)和社區(qū)發(fā)展方面具有巨大潛力。

　　除了通過(guò)丙烷、丁烷和凝析油的銷售獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值外，該工廠還將產(chǎn)生潛在的下游業(yè)務(wù)，如石化業(yè)務(wù)。

　　Top Omani petroleum firm OQ commissions $826m gas plant

　　Leading Omani petroleum investment company OQ has annouced the successful commissioning of one of the country's vital energy extraction projects, the OQ Liquified Petroleum Gas plant.

　　The facility has been built at a total investment of $826 million in the Salalah Free Zone as per the highest standards in safety, quality, and technical integrity. The lean gas plant boasts an 8 million standard cu m per day capacity.

　　It consists of an extraction plant, a fractionation facility, storage tanks, shipping facilities, and an interconnection pipeline system.

　　once fully operational, it will produce around 304 kilo tons per annum (KTA) of LPG products composed of 155 KTA of Propane (C3), 111 KTA of Butane (C4), and 38 KTA of Condensate (C5+).

　　Marking this important milestone, Sultan bin Ali Al Burtumani, VP Business Development OQ Downstream, said: "OQ LPG plant is positioned as a strong contributor to national economy through achieving the best utilization of natural gas resources to extract liquified gas, this will help in meeting the LPG needs of Dhofar governorate and southern Oman in general."

　　"OQ LPG will further uplift our standards to provide better quality services for our clients and optimize stakeholder value. OQ is joining hands with Ministry of Energy and Minirals to maximize the extraction of NGLs, “the richer molecules within the natural” for petrochemical industries developments,” he added.

　　According to him, OQ LPG plant’s production is expected to reach a total of 300,000 MT per annum. The plant holds immense potential in terms of revenue generation, In-Country Value (ICV) and community development.

　　Besides deriving economic value through propane, butane and condensate sales, the plant will generate potential downstream business such as petrochemicals.
