據(jù)能源經(jīng)濟(jì)3月8日消息稱，周一，可再生能源公司ACME集團(tuán)與總部位于挪威的Scatec簽署了一項(xiàng)協(xié)議，雙方將以50：50的合資企業(yè)投資其在阿曼的項(xiàng)目，設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)、建造和運(yùn)營(yíng)一個(gè)大型的綠色氨設(shè)施。

根據(jù)官方新聞稿，該設(shè)施的第一階段預(yù)計(jì)每年生產(chǎn)10萬(wàn)噸綠色氨，并將擴(kuò)大到120萬(wàn)噸/年，電解槽產(chǎn)能約為 3.5 吉瓦，將由 5.5 吉瓦的太陽(yáng)能光伏電站提供動(dòng)力。

ACME集團(tuán)創(chuàng)始人兼董事長(zhǎng)Manoj K Upadhyay表示:“鑒于該項(xiàng)目的戰(zhàn)略位置……我相信，我們將共同成為加速這種綠色燃料在全球應(yīng)用的強(qiáng)大參與者。”

ACME partners with Scatec to develop a large-scale green ammonia facility in Oman

Renewable energy firm, ACME Group, on Monday signed an agreement with Norway-based Scatec to invest in its Oman Project with a 50-50 joint venture, to design, develop, build, and operate a large-scale green ammonia facility in Oman.

According to the official press release, the first phase of the facility is expected to produce 100,000 tonnes of green ammonia annually and will be expanded to 1.2 million tonnes per annum with about 3.5 GW of electrolyser capacity, which will be powered by 5.5 GW of the solar PV plant.

“Given the strategic location of the project… I believe jointly we will be a formidable player in accelerating the adoption of this green fuel globally,” said Manoj K Upadhyay, founder and chairman, ACME Group.

The facility will be located in the Duqm Special Economic Zone of Oman.

“The partners are in advanced discussions with reputable off-takers for 20–25-year contracts which will lay the foundation for financing of the project. The partners expect to fund the facility through equity and project finance debt,” it said.
