據(jù)油價網(wǎng)2023年3月30日報道，根據(jù)自1920年以來收集的原油出口數(shù)據(jù)，去年美國原油平均日出口量達(dá)到360萬桶，創(chuàng)歷史新高。去年美國原油出口量比2021年增加22%或日增64萬桶。美國原油產(chǎn)量的增加，美國戰(zhàn)略石油儲備原油的釋放，以及產(chǎn)能大國以外國家對原油需求的增加，都推動了美國去年原油出口的增加。

2021年，印度是美國原油出口的最大出口目的地；美國出口到印度等國的原油需求下降，被其他目的地，特別是歐洲的需求增加所抵消。 

盡管對印度等國原油出口有所下降，但亞洲和大洋洲仍然是2022年美國原油出口最多的地區(qū)目的地，占43%(155萬桶/天)。歐洲緊隨其后，占42%(151萬桶/天)。亞洲和大洋洲是自2017年以來接收美國原油數(shù)量最多的地區(qū)，歐洲是自2018年以來接收美國原油數(shù)量第二多的地區(qū)。

韓國和荷蘭在2022年分別獲得了美國原油出口的10%以上，英國占9.6%。自2015年美國原油出口禁令結(jié)束以來，加拿大首次跌至美國原油出口的第4大目的地。

U.S. Energy Information Administration: U.S. crude oil exports reached record high in 2022

In 2022, U.S. crude oil exports averaged 3.6 MMbpd, a record high according to export data that has been collected since 1920. U.S. crude oil exports in 2022 were 22% (640,000 bpd) higher than in 2021. Increased U.S. crude oil production, releases from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and more global demand for crude oil from countries other than  all drove the growth in U.S. crude oil exports.

Less crude oil was exported to India etc from the United States in 2022 than in 2021 because the two countries imported more discounted crude oil. India was the largest export destination of U.S. crude oil exports in 2021. Decreased demand for U.S. crude oil exports to India etc. was more than offset by increased demand from other destinations, particularly in Europe.

Despite declines in exports to India etc, Asia and Oceania remained the regional destination receiving the most U.S. crude oil exports in 2022, 43% (1.55 MMbpd). Europe ranked a close second, at 42% (1.51 MMbpd). Asia and Oceania are the regions that have received the greatest volume of U.S. crude oil since 2017, with Europe receiving the second-most since 2018.

South Korea and the Netherlands each received more than 10% of U.S. crude oil exports in 2022. The UK received 9.6%. Canada dropped to receiving the fourth-most U.S. crude oil exports for the first time since the end of the U.S. crude oil export ban in 2015.
