據(jù)油價(jià)網(wǎng)2023年7月5日?qǐng)?bào)道，阿拉伯聯(lián)合酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)(UAE)能源部長(zhǎng)蘇海勒·馬茲魯伊周三表示，本周早些時(shí)候歐佩克+實(shí)際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者沙特阿拉伯和產(chǎn)能大國(guó)宣布的最新原油產(chǎn)量和出口量削減應(yīng)該足以使石油市場(chǎng)恢復(fù)平衡。

“這足以評(píng)估市場(chǎng)并觀察市場(chǎng)平衡。”馬茲魯伊7月5日如是告訴媒體記者。

不過(guò)，這位阿聯(lián)酋能源部長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)充說(shuō)，作為歐佩克主要產(chǎn)油國(guó)之一的阿聯(lián)酋將不會(huì)進(jìn)行任何新的減產(chǎn)。

7月3日，沙特阿拉伯和產(chǎn)能大國(guó)幾乎同時(shí)宣布了新的全球原油供應(yīng)削減計(jì)劃。

沙特阿拉伯表示，將把其單方面日減100萬(wàn)桶原油產(chǎn)量的協(xié)議延長(zhǎng)至8月份。在將自愿減產(chǎn)協(xié)議延長(zhǎng)至8月份以后，沙特阿拉伯7月和8月的原油日產(chǎn)量將下降至900萬(wàn)桶左右。

沙特阿拉伯表示：“這次額外的自愿減產(chǎn)是為了加強(qiáng)歐佩克成員國(guó)的預(yù)防性努力，目的是支持石油市場(chǎng)的穩(wěn)定和平衡。”

產(chǎn)能大國(guó)表示，8月份原油出口減少意味著該國(guó)8月份原油日產(chǎn)量將再減少50萬(wàn)桶。

7月5日在維也納舉行的歐佩克國(guó)際研討會(huì)上，沙特阿拉伯能源大臣薩勒曼表示，歐佩克+聯(lián)盟將采取“一切必要措施”來(lái)支持石油市場(chǎng)。

薩勒曼補(bǔ)充說(shuō)，沙特阿拉伯和產(chǎn)能大國(guó)本周的聲明表明，這兩個(gè)歐佩克+實(shí)際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者之間的合作仍然很強(qiáng)。

UAE: Latest Output Cuts Are Enough To Balance The Oil Market

The latest oil production and export cuts announced earlier this week by the OPEC+ leaders – Saudi Arabia and the bigger producer –should be sufficient to bring the oil market back to balance, Suhail Al Mazrouei, the energy minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), said on Wednesday.

“This is enough to assess the market and look at the market balance,” Al Mazrouei told reporters today, as carried by Reuters.

However, the UAE, a major OPEC producer, will not be doing any fresh production cuts, the minister added.  

On Monday, Saudi Arabia and the bigger producer announced nearly at the same time fresh cuts to global oil supply.

Saudi Arabia said it would extend its unilateral oil production cut of 1 million bpd into August. Saudi Arabia will be producing around 9 million bpd in both July and August after extending the voluntary cut into next month.

“This additional voluntary cut comes to reinforce the precautionary efforts made by OPEC Plus countries with the aim of supporting the stability and balance of oil market,” Saudi Arabia said.

Minutes after the Saudi announcement, the bigger producer said that it would cut its crude oil exports by 500,000 bpd in August in a bid to ensure a balanced market.

The August cut in exports would mean an additional cut in oil production by 500,000 bpd in August, the bigger producer said.

At the OPEC International Seminar in Vienna today, Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said that the OPEC+ alliance would do “whatever necessary” to support the oil market.

The announcements from Saudi Arabia and the bigger producer this week showed that cooperation between the two OPEC+ leaders continues to be strong, he added.

“Part of what we have done (on Monday) with the help of our colleagues from the bigger producer was also to mitigate the cynical side of the spectators on what is going on between Saudi and it on that specific matter,” Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said.
